Fabricated Top Cover Assembly
22" Cover
The FTCA-22 Top Cover takes the place of the 22" Diameter Solid Top Cover and is compatible with the TZ-160, Standard Adapter Top Cover, all Trapzilla-ECA models with ECA-18, and ECA-TZ-29. It provides a durable, non-slip, diamond plate surface for installation in high traffic areas such as a kitchen floor. This cover is only for use with TZ-160 units or nits that have an extension collar fitted.

36" Cover![36]()
The FTCA-36 Top Cover takes the place of the Standard Adapter Ring or Extension Collar Adapter Ring and 22" Diameter Solid Top Cover. It provides a durable, non-slip, diamond plate surface for installation in high traffic areas such as a kitchen floor. It contains a single 4” (10.1 cm) Brass Cleanout Plug that may be removed for pumping while leaving the FTCA-36 in place. This cover is only for use on basic models which do not have an extension collar fitted.

Flow Splitters
The Trapzilla flow splitters are precision engineered to provide an exact 50/50 flow split on incoming effluent. These flow splitter accessories as used when the wastewater stream needs to be split equally into two or more units.

If a flow splitter is required on a TSS-27 solids separator or TZ-160 grease interceptor then a larger unit will be required..
Support Stands
Trapzilla support stands come in two sizes (SSA-160 & SSA-600) are used when installing the grease interceptor or solids separator directly on the floor. e.g. basement installation or plant room.

The smallest support stand is for use with the TSS-27 & TZ-160

The medium support stand is for use with the TSS-75, TSS-95 & TZ-40 & TZ-600
Vented Flow Controls
Sometimes space restrictions require the installation of our Trapzilla units in basement locations where significant head pressure becomes a factor. The VFCA (Vented Flow Control Assembly) module provides an option for use with installations where significant head pressure is present (greater than 6' [1.95 meters]) or where applicable regulations require vented flow controls. The Vented Flow Control helps reduce problems associated with high head pressure and helps slow the water flow down the pipe, preventing it from exceeding the units maximum hydromechanical flow rate. All Vented Flow Controls are supplied with appropriate PVC fitting and stainless steel flow control orifice.
- Includes PVC fitting and Stainless Steel Control Orifice
- Designed to prevent flows exceeding the units tested flow rate
- Must be installed as close as possible to level at which kitchen fixtures are located
- Air Intake may be independence direct connect to atmosphere or code-approved air admittance valve
- Use of VFCA requires removal of Low Head Flow Control from Trapzilla
- Never connect to facility vent
